All complaints are taken seriously and investigated as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours.) Some complaint investigations reveal food safety violations while others do not. Appearance on this list does not mean that violations were found during the complaint investigation. Additional information on individual food establishments may be requested through the Kansas Open Record Act.
