Kansas Food Code to report any illness to the Person-In-Charge. |

Restriction: If employees report the following symptoms, their job duties must be restricted to limit their contact with food or food preparation. Symptoms: |

| Exclusion: If employees report the following illnesses, confirmed by a physician, they must be excluded from all activities in a food service establishment. They may ONLY return to work after receiving a physician's release.
