When you reach the entrance to the
wastewater treatment plant, you will come to a security gate. To
your left is a keypad and speaker box.
Follow the directions on the sign on the gate. Once the gate
opens, you will see a yellow line down the middle of the road.
Follow it and it will take you right to the hazardous materials
collection facility.
