33% of all discharge measurements in a six-month period exceed TRC criteria

Discharges which may cause pass through, interference at the POTW or may endanger the health of the sewage treatment workers

Violations of compliance date milestones

Failure to accurately or timely report noncompliance

Failure to submit required reports and/or required reports submitted 30 days or more past due date.

Any other violation of Article 4 of the Johnson County Code of Regulations for Sanitary Sewer Use which the Administrator deems significant
