* $280 fee reduced by $150 if courtesy resale inspection fee or use permit fee was paid within the timeframes established in the Code and the associated inspection reveals the need for significant repair or a new system.
  
** $150 permit fee waived whenever  courtesy resale inspection was conducted no more than 120 days prior to submittal of the permit application; $25 recording fee would apply instead.  Permit applicant is also responsible for hiring a licensed sanitary disposal contractor to pump out the septic/holding tank prior to the inspection, at a cost of about $150.00
