Application and Sampling Process
Place a phone call to JCED (913-715-6900) to discuss your
concerns and the types of water samples you would like to have taken.
You will need to come into the Environmental Department to apply for the
sample(s) and pay the fee. If you prefer to download the form and mail it to
the office, it must be accompanied by the proper fee.
If you live in Johnson County, an inspector will call you to set up a time to
take the sample from your home. If you live outside Johnson County, sample bottle(s)
will be given to you at the time of application with instructions on how and when to
take the samples.
