No odor complaints received by APAC, Johnson County or KDHE.

No detectable readings at the ambient air monitors.
- The Operations and Maintenance Plan is being
revised to address system shutdown and monitoring
for maintenance purposes. The Plan will be forwarded
to Johnson County Environmental and KDHE.
- An estimated 2,008,800 cubic feet of landfill gas was removed and
treated in December.
- An estimated 601,000 gallons of contact (water that has seeped
through the landfill and accumulated underneath the landfill) water
was removed and treated in December.
- The landfill wells were sampled in December 2006
and split samples were collected for KDHE. Water
levels were also measured.
